Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release

Therapeutic massage that focuses deep and targets specific muscle groups. Chronic patterns of tension in the muscles, tendons and fascia are worked to restore the body's optimum alignment, release muscle tension, increase range of motion and release toxins. A massage using fluid, undulating movements to seamlessly weave together an experience of both mind and body. These dance like movements move the body through space, at various points massaging both sides at once. This technique uses gravity as the resistance to apply the perfect amount of pressure to the body.  An invigorating experience combining both deep muscle work and relaxation.
